I loved EVERYTHING about this place!!! This was the absolute best experience. A soon as you walk in, the vibe from the staff was very welcoming and energetic. Especially, Sarah! Well, atleast I think that was her name. Forgive me if it wasn't, as this was a week ago and I'm really bad at remembering names. She was the black girl with short hair, from New York! But everyone was really friendly and the manager was awesome as well. Sarah gave me a tour of the facility before starting my services and it was very clean and aesthetically pleasing! She made me feel very comfortable and thoroughly explained the process and benefits of each service I was receiving. I received Red Light Therapy, Whole Body Cryo and Compression. After my service, she thoroughly explained the membership packages and gave me recommendations. She also shared with me her journey with Restore. I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY recommend this location!!! You guys at Sugarland keep being AMAZING!!!

I visited this location after work in March and had a great experience overall. The nurse was amazing, and the studio it's self was clean and welcoming. I was greeted right away by a young woman (I believe her name started with a C or S) who wore black glasses- she was super friendly with high energy gave me a tour and seated me quickly. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because during my IV session, I over heard another staff member- who I later learned was a manager speaking to the same employee in a snarky tone about something seeming of a correction it wasn't a loud conversation but I heard it. It was uncomfortable to witness and didn't reflect good on management otherwise a positive atmosphere. I received several texts and emails inviting me back, but unfortunately I wont be returning because of that experience. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, especially in the work place. That particular employee had a funny personality and I hope she keeps that!

I enjoy my facials with Gabby at the Sugar Land Restore location. Gabby is awesome and makes me comfortable and relaxed. I have a great experience every time. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I visited Restore Hyper Wellness for an infrared sauna session because we wanted to try one out before making the investment to purchase a sauna for our home. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. The facility itself was extremely clean and well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The sauna experience was very pleasant. We were definitely sweating by the end of our 30-minute session, though not quite as profusely as we had read others sometimes experience. That may simply be due to it being our first time and following the shorter session length they recommended. All in all, it was a positive and informative experience, and we’d absolutely return. It gave us a good feel for what owning an infrared sauna would be like.

All I can say is WOW! A friend of mine was severely dehydrated and can barely have the strength to stand or even sit. I googled and found this place. It was like a prayer answered. The doctor my friend visited refuses to administer an IV, and many of the Urgent Care Centers I call refuses to administer an IV. Restore Hyper Wellness help us choose an IV treatment and administer it. My friend was running and hopping like a bunny rabbit the very next day. Nurse Aspen is very professional. I cannot thank RHW, nurse Aspen and the entire crew enough. I give this place 6 stars. Price is exceptionally fair!
